Machining

Remachining occurs downstream the blanking processes. It is the natural step to further process all those components that require finishing and / or features otherwise impossible to obtain.

Specially designed machines, tools and equipment are used for grinding flat and round surfaces, threading, drilling, boring, chamfering, and so on.

These machines are very often optimized for the type of machining to be carried out to assure a high degree of productivity and repeatability.

Poka-joke systems are used to avoid any human mistakes in the positioning of components on the piece holding equipment.

These systems have always been considered to be an integral part of the process.

The company is equipped with the latest CAD/CAM systems for die designs; the tooling shop has machines for the relative toolings construction and maintenance procedures.

Auxiliary services:

Deburring, sanding and grinding are operations normally carried out inside the factory.

For heat and surface treatments, the company uses qualified outside suppliers.
